Mission
Pringle Nature Center is a
regional resource where people of all ages can
experience nature, environmental education,
conservation and stewardship. We do this by:
Putting People in Touch with Nature
New Developments
Because of these new funds and staffing, PNC is once
again able to provide environmental education to
school groups, youth organizations, families, youths
and adults. The PNC is open to the public, Tuesday
through Sunday from 9 AM - 4 PM.
Operations and Funding
The nature center is staffed by a full time Naturalist with help from volunteers who are dedicated to making
this natural resource available to the public. These
volunteers staff the nature center on weekends to be able to have the building
open to the public as well as coordinate
environmental education programs for schools,
scouting groups, and the general public. We always
welcome new volunteers, please contact us for
opportunities.
Kenosha County, the Town of Bristol, fundraisers, rentals, and program fees cover our funding.
